DELIVERY
Products in stock are delivered within 1 to 3 working days in Metropolitan France and within 5 to 7 working days internationally. Deliveries are free for orders over 200 euros.

A shipping charge will be added to any order whose total amount is less than 200 euros, based on the country of destination.

Pre-order products are delivered within the same delay from their availability date. For any pre-order purchase, we will keep you constantly informed of the progress in crafting your product (4 to 6 weeks).

A tracking number will be communicated to facilitate the delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns for exchange or refund are possible free of charge within 30 days of receipt of the order.
